Mitsubishi Electric's industrial robot service offers warranty and post-warranty repairs for industrial robots. Maintenance services also include technical inspections of industrial robots.

Remote monitoring of robot performance

Mitsubishi Electric also offers the Me2Robot system. This is an application that collects data from individual robot parts and then enables remote monitoring of the status of robots installed on production lines.

RobotCARE service subscription

The RobotCARE service subscription is a maintenance programme designed for F and FR series robots - both new and previously purchased. The package includes services such as single maintenance (maintenance box), service packages (e.g. 2 or 3 years), maintenance training for robot users, as well as the possibility to extend the warranty.

Spare parts warehouse

The service provides quick access to spare parts for all types of robots, including replacement robots. The warehouse for spare parts for industrial robots is located in Poland, so that parts can even be dispatched on the same working day as the request is made.

Individual service contracts

Individual service contracts include: periodic inspections, a dedicated parts depot, a guarantee that a replacement robot will be delivered or a defined response time upon receipt of a call. Payment is made upon completion of the service or as a fixed monthly fee. The service also offers an extended warranty programme.
